Neptune Ventures SM LLC announces the acquisition of Basketball.org
Santa Monica, CA, May 20, 2008 - Neptune Ventures SM LLC announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Internet domain name Basketball.org. The exact terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition will help them continue to build their network of sites in popular web verticals.
The sale of Basketball.org follows the sale of several other highly publicized domains so far in 2008. Despite the economic downturn as a whole, the domain industry continues to show strong signs of growth.

Neptune’s vision draws out several strategies for maximizing the impact it can have on a global audience. Initially, they will be launching a blog while they work on the full development of the site.
